After two years of incredible study and personal transformation, I have completed my training in the Hakomi Method of experiential psychotherapy!
It's been a truly amazing journey for me. Not only do I feel very well equipped to offer help and guidance to my clients as a therapist, I feel humbled to offer these skills from a more authentic and vulnerable place. I am utterly amazed at how much I've changed in the past two years as a result of this training. It's truly been a gift, and one that I am excited to share with you!

In the past two years I've already seen how powerful this gentle approach is and intend to continue with my studies and the Hakomi organization. In fact, as I celebrate the completion of my own training I am beginning a new journey as a Teaching Assistant in the next two year training that just started in Boulder! I am honored to be a part of the team, and with deeper involvement it is my intention to become a Certified Hakomi Therapist (CHT) in the next couple of years.
